The college has a job-placement cell which organizes campus-interviews in order to facilitate job-proposals for final year students of all faculties.This cell is managed by Dr. Mainak Gupta and Smt. Rupa Bhattacharya.
Last year the companies which took interviews and offered placement were:
                                          1) Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS)/Kolkata
                                          2) IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd./Gurgaon
                                          3) Accenture/ Bangalore
                                          4) Wipro-BPO/Kolkata
Several students of the final year have been placed as Programme-Trainees, Process-Executives etc.
The college had sent students to the IBM-Programme Trainee-Recruitment Drive (ACE Programme) and TCS where students have got Placement also.
The college is a member of NEN--National Entrepreneurship Network. It has been founded in 2002 by Wadhwani Foundation and it is a no-profit initiative working to inspire, educate, support, new and future entrepreneurs in India.It has been co-founded by IIT-Bombay, IIT-Ahmedabad, BITS Pilani, SP Jain Institute of management and research, Bombay and IBAB, Bangalore.
Faculties from Stanford, Harvard Business School and other international institutes contribute to NEN's resources.
The college unit is being handled by Dr. Mainak Gupta and Dr. Debdas Roy.
